Cancellation policy:
To all our reservations the following terms and conditions apply. No exemptions made.
We advise all our guests to apply for their own travel insurance.

When you have to cancel your reservation the following terms and conditions apply.
Individual reservations Low Season (1 October – 15 April)
· Cancellation 2 weeks before arrival: free of charge
· Cancellation 1-2 weeks before arrival: 50% of your reservation value is payable.
· Cancellation within 1 week before arrival: full reservation value is payable.
· We ask a prepayment of your reservation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
When you have to cancel your reservation the following terms and conditions apply.
Individual reservations High Season (16 April -30 September /events/holidays*)
In case of cancellations for reservations during events & holidays (like specified below) an administration fee of € 50,00 is to be paid per reserved room.
· Cancellation 1 month before arrival: free of charge
· Cancellation 3 weeks- 1 month before arrival: 25% of your reservation value is payable.
· Cancellation 2-3 weeks before arrival: 35% of your reservation value is payable.
· Cancellation 1-2 weeks before arrival: 85% of your reservation value is payable.
· Cancellation within 1 week before arrival: 100% of your reservation value is payable.
Depending on the type of reservation and rate type booked we ask a full prepayment of your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with a payment link unless you have already chosen to pay via our website.
Events and Holidays when High Season terms and conditions apply and administration costs is applicable in case of cancellation are:
- Fjoertoer 2025
- Easter 2024/2025
- Ascension weekend 9 - 12 May 2024
- Pentecost: 17 - 20 May 2024
- Oerol Festival: 6 - 16 June 2024
- Rock ’n Roll Festival 8- 10 September 2024
- Berenloop run 8 - 10 November 2024
- Christmas/ New Year holidays 2024 / 2025
Bookings for 3 rooms or more are seen as groupreservations.
